WHAT IS YOUNG LEARNER?

How much does a young apprentice earn?
According to the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the young apprentice law guarantees the apprentice the right to the minimum hourly wage (R $ 4.72 per hour for the year 2020), observing, if any, the state floor. In addition, other benefits should be considered, such as meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, medical and dental care, among others.

There are companies that pay more than the minimum hour.

WILL I GET FIRST JOB?
The Young Apprentice program is the best way for young people to get their first job, as the contractor receives theoretical training in a qualifying institution and the opportunity to perform practical activities.
In addition, after the apprenticeship contract ends, many young people remain in business as workers.

IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
There is no need for a young apprentice candidate to have previous work experience as the project is geared towards the first job.
